摘要
In projects adopting energy saving technologies, if the change in fixed investment, depreciation of equipment and labour. cost etc. is ignored, the ratio of energy saving would be theoretically consistent with the saving of operating cost. However, the change in rate of exchange among different energy of the pricing structure will lead to the difference between the ratio of energy saving and the saving of operating cost. Moreover, the unnormal phenomenon that the former saving is high while the latter is negative will arise. Taking heat pump technology for example, this paper indicates the essential reasons for these problems through calculation analyses based on real projects. It also shows that companies' enthusiasm in applying energy saving technology can be improved by optimizing the enegy rate of exchange. In this way, the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction will be achieved.
