摘要
A facile polymer-assisted method is developed to prepare LiNi2/3Mn1/3O2 cathode material with polyethylene glycol (PEG400) as the sacrificial template. The structure, morphology, cationic ordering and oxidation state of transition metal ions have been investigated. With assistance of proper amount of PEG, the obtained sample shows improved cyclic performance and rate capability. Initial discharge capacity of 172 mA h g(-1) at 0.1 C is attained. The improvement in electrochemical performance can be ascribed to the low Li/Ni cation disorder, good crystallization and uniform morphology promoted by PEG assistance. (C) 2013 Elsevier B. V.
