摘要
Global business success to-day is built on taking intelligent risks after understanding one's customers and markets. Only if a business first understands its customers and prospects can they add value to the customer. Very successful businesses develop distinctive capabilities that are very hard to compete against. These distinctive capabilities arise out of new applications of a business's understanding of its architecture, reputation and its innovation.
