摘要
The Smart City is one of seven priority measures identified by the European Commission to address the energy and environmental issues and Sustainable Urban Mobility, represented by the infomobility, Electric Vehicles (EVs) and public transport, it is one of the key topic. In relation to pollution from transport, the measures until today taken such as alternate license plate, blocking traffic or as the application of road pricing (paying for access in cities) made it possible reductions significant enough traffic (20-30% in the case of London and Stockholm Under these solutions is added the traffic ban of the most polluting vehicles ( Euro 0, I, II). These choices, however, from the point of view of transport terms are illogical, ineffective or not applicable in systematic terms. It is clear that there is not a perfect solution and it seems increasingly obvious that it is necessary to implement and support by the government, economy and social support the development of a network of electric vehicles, both private and public. a particular attention should be given to the historic centers of the cities being the most subjected to pollution transport. In Italy the development of sustainable mobility in the historic centers, has a number of constraints linked to the need to have favorable opinions of the Superintendent of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, to perform any work, even if the public interest, and by the energy distribution grid point of view, it is important to predict the load in advance or at least be able to balance the production and consumption to manage demand response situation in distribution grid. In this paper we want to analyze the issues of electric mobility in the historic centers, presenting a model applied in Citta Alta district of Bergamo (Italy), showing that even the historic centers can be integrated with smart mobility.
