摘要：

Aiming at the practical situations of civil engineering majors upgrading from college to university, dealing with the phenomenon, such as what the students are learning can't meet the needs of their future profession, what the students have learned has nothing to do with the job, and students unemployed just when they graduated, this essay asks for a return to practice education and training. Curriculums arrangement should be combined with the cultivating objectives, and emphasize the regionality and the practicality.
