摘要
In this paper, the influence of the constructive and technological parameters on the roughness variation during grinding operation is shown, based on the mathematical model and graphic dependences. Starting from an original model of machining with abrasives, the paper takes into consideration together the constructive and technological parameters and the influence of the cooling liquid on the surface finish. Using a mathematical model of the maximum height of the irregularities (Ry), the influence of the next parameters is studied: feed, cutting speed, depth of cutting, tool grade, diameter of the abrasive wheel, quality of the cooling liquid by the friction coefficient between grain and work piece surface. As a result, recommendations regarding the optimization of machining process at grinding operation are given.
