摘要：

Metastasis to the scrotal sac is a very rare phenomenon. We present a case of a 45-year-old man diagnosed with locally advanced acinar adenocarcinoma prostate, post bilateral orchidectomy and radiotherapy treatment, who showed a rising trend of serum PSA levels with discovery of scrotal sac metastasis on serial 68Ga-prostate-specific membrane antigen PET/CT scans. © Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc.
