摘要
This paper examines the impacts of information technology (IT) on LDCs' optional organizational change, as the competitive edge shifts. Especially, the intra-organization fuctional interfaces are analysed in relation with changes in core competence formation and innovation patterns. According to Chinese firms' current condition, some strategic implications are made in the view to gain "late-camer's advantage".
