摘要：

This paper comes up with multilevel grey evaluation method by applying Grey system theory and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and sums up the risk evaluation index system of Chinese oil companies' transnational mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the light of the characteristics of international M&A. On the basis of this, the paper carries on risk evaluation by using multilevel grey evaluation method combined with practical example. The research shows that the method has the advantages of feasible, high precision, etc.
