摘要
Results of 3D modeling of the 0.2 THz double-grating half-period staggered slow-wave structure are presented. A fast and accurate finite edge elements technique for simulation of broadband input/output couplers is developed. Beam focusing in a uniform magnetic field is simulated showing very good beam transmission. Small-signal and large-signal gain regimes are simulated using CST Particle Studio 3D code.
