摘要
This paper presents a design of an ultra-wideband (UWB) low-noise amplifier (LNA) in the application of tiled phased array systems. The proposed LNA possesses a 3-cascaded configuration, which is composed of 2 amplifiers and a gain equalizer. The robust power gain is implemented by the 2 amplifiers, while the gain equalizer guarantees its flatness. The LNA is designed to cover the frequency bandwidth from 190 MHz to 2700 MHz, and the power gain is 33.0 dB within +/- 1.0 dB variation over the operating band.
