摘要
A new approach to constructing conformational models of macromolecular mobility within the framework of continuous approximation was developed, based on the notion of chain conformation as a solution of particular stochastic equation. In this case, interpretation of the functional integrals of continuous models from the standpoint of limiting transitions from discrete models of macromolecular chains is no longer a difficult task. Therefore, not only the known results of both freely-jointed chain and persistent models are reproduced, but further development of the models, taking into account the conformational viscoelasticity, ''glassy'' and fractal effects, etc., becomes possible.
