摘要
In this paper, a numerical electromagnetic approach based on weighted Laguerre polynomials finite-difference time-domain (WLP-FDTD) method is proposed to analyze the noise problem in power/ground planes. Compared with the conventional FDTD method, which is limited by Courant-Friedrich-Lecy (CFL) stability condition, the proposed WLP-FDTD-based method has unconditionally stability and hence can reduce time. Analysis of power/ground planes can be reduced from a 3-D problem to a 2-D problem. As an example, a pair of power/ground planes with slots is simulated with the proposed method.
