摘要
Perspectives of triple coincidence (e,3e) measurements are considered to obtain alignment characteristics of the inner-shell vacancy produced in the (e,2e) ionization process. Calculations are performed for the two-step process of double ionization of argon atom via formation of the intermediate 2p(-1) state of the Ar+ ion.
