摘要
Off-diagonal component of magneto-impedance tensor with Pulse excitation is very promising for high sensitivity magnetic field sensor applications. We report novel results on studies of off-diagonal MI effect and magnetic properties in amorphous glass-coated microwires with nearly-zero and negative magnetostriction constant and metallic nucleus diameter ranging between 6 mu m and 10 mu m. Off-diagonal impedance tensor has been investigated in ultra-thin amorphous glass-coated microwires in as-cast state and after Joule heating treatment. (C) 2008 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
