摘要
With an industrial process being studied, discussed in the paper are the problems of analyzing and extracting the characteristics from the process and creating its control model, data base and knowledge base. Base on the database for mathematic model of chemical reactor, with base knowledge of expert system is designed expert adaptation PID control system in chemical reactor temperature control. Since certain learning functions have also been introduce, the designed intelligent control system can update its control laws stored in the knowledge base promptly according to the real time effect of industrial control and can achieve optimal control result for the industrial process. In inference engine and knowledge base, the term of "object" is introduced and knowledge is based on experimental rules. Computer simulation results show that the control strategy is effective and practical.
