摘要
Neodymium-doped (Nd3+) CsGd(MoO4)(2) crystals were grown by the low-thermal-gradient Czochralski technique for the first time. NIR photoluminescence (PL) spectra were measured for Nd3+ doped CsGd (MoO4)(2) crystals at 77-300 K temperature range. Emission band near 900 nm corresponding to F-4(3/2)-> I-4(9/2) transitions in neodymium-doped CsGd(MoO4)(2) crystals and 1060 nm band of F-4(3/2)-> I-4(11/2) transitions were observed. Decay curves were obtained for the energy levels F-4(3/2) of Nd3+ in CsGd (MoO4)(2) crystals and lifetimes were measured. Decay time constants demonstrate thermal stability with a deviation of about 10 mu s at 77-300 K temperature range and are equal to 157 mu s at 585 nm excitation. (c) 2020 Elsevier B.V.
