摘要：

This article is about elaborating comments on the difficulty of access to Justice for those who ore in a situation of social and legal vulnerability at the time when Brazilian society is facing the pandemic of the new coronavirus (covid-19) that has spread at great speed. At first, it is intended to examine the progress of the right of access to Justice before the post and present Constitutional Texts. Next, the intention is to discuss the situation of social and legal vulnerability in which several Brazilian groups ore inserted and about the barriers they need to overcome in order to gain access to Justice, especially in a pandemic such as that of covid-19. Finally, we seek to present and analyze some data from the national judicial provision (Justica em Niimeros" Justice in Numbers report) concerning the theme.
