摘要
This article aims to carry out an analysis on the positioning of the Brazilian governmental measure related to data hiding during the COVID-19 pandemic and protection and human rights during the digital age. Initially, a brief explanation is given about the evolution of human rights and their synchrony with fundamental rights. Based on the assumption that access to information is a fundamental human right, the following topics address its characteristics and its consequences in the information society. Soon after, it correlates with the growth of international digital cooperation for data sharing and the situation of Brazil in the international scenario with the supervenience of the governmental measure. A qualitative research was carried out, using bibliographic sources, international reports and legal decision involving the theme to bring a critical reflection on the violation of the human right of access to information and the guidelines for international digital cooperation.
