摘要
In the project construction process, risk is everywhere. To do the project risk management well, it is important to find the project risk factors. How to locate and seize the key factor in various risk factors is an important prerequisite to good project risk management. This article describes the characteristics of project risks and the risk management process, and uses AHP for risk assessment to identify important risk factors and carries out effective control, combined with practical project, and ultimately achieves effective project management.
