摘要
Membrane treatment of drinking water from radium-containing sources is discussed. Analysis of the operation of existing facilities for the treatment of radium-containing water shows that almost all of them are characterized by gradual contamination of filter beds with radium and its decay products, which has a negative impact on the radiological situation and requires the periodical removal of the contaminated filter packing to special disposal sites. A multistage ejection unit is required for radon stripping and preventing its getting into the other units and for the oxidation of divalent iron to convert into insoluble trivalent iron.
