摘要
Arrays of plasmonic nanohelices that are among the most optically chiral films in the visible wavelength region are fabricated. Remarkably, excellent results are achieved using a simple, one step method with great scalability. This is done by combining room-temperature glancing angle deposition with the co-deposition of titanium and silver. © 2014 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
