摘要
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Lean Manufacturing are two production methods. The evolution of the industrial sector has led companies to review their strategies on the application of the two methods. ERP vendors are beginning to recognize the power and benefits of Lean Manufacturing, hence the idea of combining these two principles of production which gave birth to hybrid system Push / Pull. In this article, we review the Lean Manufacturing and ERP, their evolution, reasons of their application and the relationship between Lean, ERP and Push / Pull systems. The aim is to clarify the meaning of push / pull in manufacturing systems. This clarification gives rise to a frame push / pull which can be used as the basis of our hybrid system.
