摘要
High-tech industry has been regarded as "engine" for modern society, and its weightiness went without saying. Whereas high-risk is intergrowth with high-tech, so we should pay enough attention on risks in the development of high-tech Industry. Accident 7.23 awoke our again that it is the time to enhance the risk management level of our high-tech industry. Discuss the essentiality of risk source analysis in high-tech industry management. And analyze the different risk source in tow phases of high-tech project item, that development phase and running phase. And, in four aspects, expatiate the way to improve risk management level for high-tech Industry.
