摘要：

Complexes of Co-II, Ni-II and Cu-II containing a tetradentate macrocyclic nitrogen ligand have been prepared via template reaction of 2,3-pentanedione, m-phenylenediamine and transition metal ions. The complexes have been characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, molar conductance measurements, magnetic susceptibility measurements, infrared, EPR and UV-Visible electronic absorption spectral studies.
