摘要：
Security and defense system is an important part of automation system for intelligent district. Considering consumers' level Of purchasing, designers should not use new technologies at their pleasures but neglect costs. This paper introduces a high performance and low cost security and defense system scheme for intelligent district. It explains the functions and characteristics of the main part of this system. The alert system, electric power line spread spectrum carrier wave communication system based on SSC P300 and software system are also discussed in particular.
