Globalization or localization ? This issue has been the focus of intense discussions in social all circle since its' birth date, the same as to industry design. This text analysis the recessive globalization phenomenon, mentioned the importance of the new situation, new prospect, cooltural and the new language for industrial design and emphasized their relationship with designers.
