摘要
The stabilization problem for a class of continuous-time Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with time-varying delays is investigated. The time delays appear in both the state and the control input. A new descriptor model, which is equivalent to the resulting dosed-loop system, is introduced. Based on this, some new delay-independent and delay-dependent conditions for the existence of state-feedback fuzzy controllers are presented. These conditions are expressed in terms of strict linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) that can be easily checked. A desired fuzzy controller can be designed by using the solutions to these LMIs.
