摘要：

This work presents a program that aims to facilitate the training operators of infusion pumps. The program was developed in two modules: the first one introduces the description of the infusion pump and the second one simulates the operation of the infusion pump. The simulation can work in two different ways - one step-by-step mode that tells the user all the required steps to program the pump and a free mode in which the program presents situations that the user must solve by himself. In the step-by-step mode, the program presents the instructions through text and audio, while the user must perform the instructions in order to advance. The free mode presents to the user the possibility to learn how to behave in uncommon and dangerous situations that may not be covered in formal trainings.
