摘要
In the reality exchange process, the transactive memory system often doesn't work well due to a lack of team psychological safety, which means team members fear to be regarded as different, with low capacity, or they worry about losing status, especially in the knowledge-based team. However, there is very little existing research in this area. This paper, based on the perspective of team psychological safety and using knowledge sharing as intermediate variables, introduces the mechanism and influence of team psychological safety working on the transactive memory system. The results show that team psychological safety can effectively affect knowledge sharing and the interactive memory system; knowledge sharing can effectively affect transactive memory system as well. In addition, knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role between team psychological safety and transactive memory system, but it is not fully mediated.
