摘要
The Universidad Autonoma de Chiapas/Autonomous University of Chiapas (UNACH), since 2007 year, has been worked for increase options in high education in Chiapas, Mexico, through the opening of distance education by new academic programmer and the actualization its education model. Those programmers' have been designed on different subjects, most of them new areas of knowledge, looking for support local development and solving real social, economic and natural problems. The distance education includes, an innovative curricular model, that considers the modular approach for designing programmers based on: professional competences; three years time for ending; advise an tutorial student's support also on line, integral and practical activities at the end of each module, considering field work in looking for put in to practice knowledge received in activities focused on solving problems (for doing this the university counts with an academic innovative tool created by the UNACH in the traditional education model, which has been used since fifteen years ago and was adapted to be used on distance education).
