摘要
Effective interactions between a cold atomic ensemble and probe light can take the "QND," "beam-splitter," and "two-mode squeezing" forms, useful for quantum cloning and memory. We describe experiments with dipole-trapped (87)Rb using these interactions. (C)2008 Optical Society of America
