摘要
This paper adopts the catastrophe progression method, measures enterprise flexibility by using the panel data of 227 innovative enterprises in 30 provinces of China from 2009 to 2016, and use the Moran's index to examine the spatial effect of it. Then analyzing the influencing factors based on the spatial econometric model. The Moran's index proves that the enterprise flexibility shows a spatial correlation in most regions, but there also has a spatial heterogeneity in rare regions. According to the spatial econometric model, the following conclusions are drawn: the government support and sci-tech talent scale can promote the improvement of enterprise flexibility; on the contrary, the macroeconomic fluctuation, capital market development level and the openness to the outside world brings adverse impacts to the enterprise flexibility. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the allocation of regional resources by making overall use of regional planning and fully utilizing the spatial spillover effect, so that the innovative enterprises flexibility can maintain a relatively stable and balanced state.
