摘要：

Virtual computerized tomography (CT) endoscopy is a new method for studying the nose and the paranasal sinuses. It does not require especially dedicated CT exam, but only a different post-processing of basic CT raw data. It is not an alternative technique to optic fiber fibroscopy. It is a complementary procedure that helps confirm an analysis or evaluates anatomically difficult or impossible to reach seats, in cases of overlapping pathological processes, and high-risk patients on non-passable stenosis.
