摘要
The article deals with the possibilities of determining the boundary conditions required for a numerical calculation of thermal fields of metal hydride materials during hydrogen absorption into the intermetallic space of the lattice. It discuses correct determination of the internal heat source which is normally identified on the basis of the current hydrogen flow into the container, but without accepting the real quantity of the accumulated gas. The article also contains the description of calorimetric measurements of heat losses which are then used to determine the overall heat transfer coefficient.
