摘要
Along with the development of container terminal towards the automatic direction of multi-level and multi-link, it becomes a policy demand of operation to insure "health, safety and environment". Aimed at the production organization characteristic of container terminal, this work applied the method of hazard identification and classification to define the scope of emergency response simulation; then, to represent the emergency plan with a structural form which will meet the requirement of fast emergency response decision; finally, this work proposed applying distributed virtual reality technology to the research of container terminal emergency management, and gave the distributed virtual reality system framework of container terminal response simulation, and implemented the emergency response simulation system of a certain container terminal, which avoids the deficiency of reality of accident simulation and the non-significant training effect of the participants. The method proposed by this paper has the reference meaning of the similar emergency management research in other field.
