摘要：
A dynamic modeling method based on Colored Petri Nets for resources allocation of information systems is developed. The resources allocation model is composed of three layers: application layer, data layer and resources layer. And the modeling procedure of an IS are presented. In constructing the application layer model, the transformation rules and strategies are proposed. And application example is presented.
