摘要
In the recently focused Internet of Things (TOT), one of the most important elements is wireless sensor networks (WSN). Sensors can produce large volumes of continuous data over a period of time. Sensor data is a type of data stream, defined by a massive unbounded sequence of data elements that are continuously generated at a rapid rate. Multisensor data fusion is a process of the integration and extraction of desired information from two or more sensors. Unlike the previous studies that have focused on statistical factor analyses, this paper views the problem of fusing multiple sensor data as a problem of joining them with respect to data stream processing. More concretely, it proposes a new scheme called a 2-phase query evaluation (2PE) scheme to evaluate a multi-way joined continuous query for multisensor data streams. The proposed scheme is verified through various experiments, including comparison with previous methods and the use of real sensor datasets.
