摘要：

Based on the collecting of the inter-provincial panel data of China from 1999 to 2008, this paper analyzes the factors and its elasticity of housing demand, and tested the time effects of housing demand. There are many meaning predicts. The price elasticity of housing demand is negative and lack. And the other elasticity of housing demand is significantly different in areas. In addition, there is a significant time effect of housing demand. Therefore the macro adjustments should vary with area and maintain consistency and stability to prevent instability due to policy volatility brought to the real estate needs.
