摘要：
Environmental concerns and power quality delivery needs have led regulators to sponsor new programs in energy efficiency, renewable energy capacity generation, and reliability improvements. Utilities are responding to those needs. This panel addresses emerging technology to enable smart grid deployment for improving energy efficiency.
