摘要
Aiming at the problem of multi-DOF bionic drive, a new type of hybrid driven permanent magnet multi-DOF motor with liquid suspension mode is presented in this paper. The structure and working principle of the motor are introduced in detail. The analytical method and the finite element method are used to analyze the air gap magnetic field, and the results are compared and verified. In addition, the variation of air gap and magnetic field are analyzed when the rotor is eccentric. At last, the torque characteristics are calculated and simulated including the large range motion and the fine motion. The results show that the structure of the motor is reasonable, and provide theoretical and data support for further optimization and experiment of the motor.
