摘要
Lifestyle related diseases of hypertension and diabetes have impacted social system seriously recent days. It has been well known that they are strongly connected with the risk of the cardiovascular events such as stroke and heart attack which are main causes of the long-term nursing care. In response for solving the problems, the development of various digital healthcare systems has been accelerated by the technologies of sensing, information, and communication. In this context, we also developed the idea of Systems Healthcare and the system by employing healthcare devices and services to extract the individualized causalities among cognition, lifestyles, and vitals. Speaking of lifestyle, it could be considered as the simple composition of activities for nutrition, exercise, and sleep. It is important for us to understand and realize what is our better lifestyle by quantifying components of cognition, lifestyle, and vitals. Through the realization, keeping our lifestyle modification must the ultimate goal and the precious value against the diseases. In this article, the idea of Systems Healthcare is surveyed. Some statistical analysis results also follow them with important discussion points.
