摘要
The volume change of hydrogels has potential for application of biomaterials that quickly can reduce by an applied electric field. This volume change of the hydrogel was similar to natural muscle, can be utilized as biosensors and as artificial muscle when employing an electrical stimulus. (C) 2005 Elsevier B.V.
