摘要
In order to solve the air-source heat pump does not run and the new issue of wind frost crack unit in the cold and serious cold regions. An air condition experimental system is studied, with the recycled exhaust heat to heat fresh air. The system saving the standard coal consumption, electricity saving and pollutant emissions were calculated through the experiment. Combined with an engineering example, compared the original design scheme to the new design scheme, the new design scheme can save standard coal consumption about 33.74 tons, operating cost saves about 2.3 million yuan, operation power less than the original scheme, it saves 1.82 million kWh and electricity 0.96 million yuan, the energy saving rate is about 18%. It reduces the pollutant emissions and saves the administrative costs. Using the new design scheme, system recovery period is 1.07 years.
