A generalization of the Beurling-Lax theorem

We obtain conditions for the completeness of the system {G(z)e(TZ), T <= 0} in the space H-sigma(2)(C+), 0 < sigma < +infinity, of functions analytic in the right-hand half-plane for which [GRAPHICS] invariant under groups of automorphisms of small cardinality. We prove that the trivial upper bound for the Banach-Mazur distance obtained in terms of the modified Banach-Mazur distance is order-sharp.
