摘要
The oxide surface layers formed by the method of microarc oxidation (MAO) on aluminum alloys with different silicon content has been investigated. The microhardness, porosity, thickness, chemical and phase composition, as well as the adhesion strength of the MAO-layers formed on the alloy AK4-1 (Si similar to 0.2 %) and AK12D (Si similar to 11.25 %) in electrolytes of similar chemical composition and identical in all electrical modes were studied. It is established that the chemical composition of the aluminum alloy affects the elemental and phase composition, as well as on the structure and properties of MAO-layers. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd.
