摘要
Nowadays, the digital transformation occupies a very important place in all areas, which pushes companies to integrate these digital tools into their practices, in addition, the digitalization of processes requires the implementation of two digital tools namely big data and the Internet of Things as the two starting tools towards the digital transformation, however, these digital technologies are beginning to attract in turn the interest of researchers in recent years. This article focuses on the digital tools of Industry 4.0 in the industrial sector, the aim is to present first the literature on digitalization, the concept of Industry 4. 0 and the different digital tools, then study the importance and impact of these tools in improving the quality of products and services, the article is in the form of a systematic review of the literature to present the existing works concerning this topic, present the evolution of publications by year, by country, by tools and even by journal, following a precise methodology. The search identified 85 articles, which are studied and analyzed, and then presented and discussed. A research agenda for future research is provided towards the end.
