摘要
Mechanical properties and heat-resistant properties of rapidly solidified Al-Ti-Fe, Al-Cu-Fe and Al-Fe-Cu-Ti based alloys extruded from their atomized powders are investigated. These alloys have tensile strength in the range of 700-880 MPa, good elongation and large Young's modulus at room temperature. At high temperature they show excellent heat-resistant properties. Some of them have the heat-resistant tensile strength as high as 350 MPa at 573 K. The phase structures of these alloys are analyzed and the origin of heat-resistance is discussed.
