摘要
An improved locally one-dimensional finite-difference time-domain (LOD-FDTD) method is proposed for modelling graphene-based structures. The graphene sheet is considered as a polarization current source characterized by an auxiliary difference equation (ADE). Both intraband and interband surface conductivities of the graphene are modelled with the help of vector fitting technique. Such hybrid ADE-LOD-FDTD method can efficiently simulate most graphene-based structures over a broad band. Numerical experiments are performed to validate the unconditional stability and accuracy through characterizing field distributions of the surface plasmon polaritons (SPP) along the graphene sheet.
