摘要
Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-delta (BSCF) is an outstanding material for cathode materials of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). However the chemical stability of BSCF is still not well-understood. In this paper, in situ HT-XRD measurement was performed as a function of temperature and oxygen partial pressure, p(O-2), to evaluate the chemical stability window of BSCF. The results inferred the phase transition of BSCF produced two kinds of impurity phases coexisted with BSCF at 800 degrees C in the relatively higher p(O-2).
